With over 25 years of experience as a Lead Pastor, Tim is deeply passionate about the local church and its role in cultivating a spirit of numerical and spiritual growth, discipleship, and generosity. Throughout his ministry, Tim developed and nurtured vibrant ministry partnerships focused on missional generosity both locally and globally. In his most recent position as Senior Executive Search Consultant at Vanderbloemen, Tim collaborated closely with senior leadership and boards at more than 150 churches and nonprofits. 

His work emphasized the essential nature of generosity as a core facet of discipleship and spiritual growth, providing insights into staffing, succession planning, and effective organizational management. Recently relocated to Michigan with his wife, Debby, Tim cherishes the time spent with their adult daughters, sons-in-law, and five grandchildren. Tim loves rooting for Michigan football; he enjoys golf, biking, and maintaining an active lifestyle, all while staying committed to nurturing a healthy and vibrant culture of missional generosity within the church community.
