Michael’s greatest joy is helping people, churches, and faith-based nonprofits clarify and pursue the vision God has entrusted to them. With more than 20 years of ministry and business experience, including serving as the Lead Pastor of a multi-site church and as an entrepreneur, Michael knows firsthand what it means to lead through seasons of growth, complexity, and change. His doctoral studies in leadership have further equipped him to help churches align vision, discipleship, leadership, and generosity in ways that strengthen both the mission and the people God has entrusted to their care.

Throughout his career, Michael has helped organizations navigate seasons of revitalization, expansion, and increased ministry opportunity. He brings clarity to complex challenges, helps teams work together with greater focus, and equips leaders to move from vision to action. His experience includes leading major capital campaigns, developing discipleship pathways, and helping churches build generosity cultures rooted in spiritual formation rather than transactional fundraising. Having started and sold multiple companies, Michael also understands the practical realities of building from the ground up and aligning vision, leadership, people, and resources.

Michael’s leadership has also extended globally through work with international networks to train pastors and strengthen ministry systems across multiple countries.

Michael has been happily married to Tiffany for 27 years. Together, they have two adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. At Generosity OS, Michael brings systems thinking and a pastoral heart to walk alongside leaders as they build lasting cultures of biblical generosity. He also believes great coffee and fresh sushi are two of God’s better common graces.
