Mark has helped more than 200 churches revitalize their ministries—fostering deeper discipleship, growing cultures of generosity, and sparking lasting vitality. As a pastor’s son, ministry has shaped Mark’s journey from the start. During his years at Granger Community Church in Indiana, where he met his wife and raised their family, Mark discovered his passion for bringing creativity and innovation to church life. His leadership as COO of a technology company led him back to Granger’s staff, where he helped launch their online community and supported their rapid growth as one of America's fastest-growing churches.

Mark later joined The Unstuck Group, where he guided churches, denominations, and nonprofits through strategic planning to align their mission and ministries for greater impact.

Today at GenerosityOS, Mark brings 19 years of ministry leadership, 22 years of corporate experience, and nearly four decades of entrepreneurial grit to help churches fund their vision through our Generosity Operating System. He thrives on helping leaders align strategy, teams, and actions—and loves connecting the dots that others often miss. A right-brain thinker in left-brain clothing, Mark has a heart for change management, complex environments, and collaborative problem-solving.

Mark and his wife, Kem, live in South Bend, Indiana, enjoying life as empty nesters. They cherish time with their three grown kids, two grandkids, and love hiking, beach days, and sneaking in the occasional round of golf.
