Jayson knows firsthand the challenges and opportunities of leading a growing church. As the Lead Pastor of New Life Bible Church in Norman, Oklahoma, he is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus in ways that are both practical and transformative. His leadership journey has taken him through key ministry roles at People’s Church in Oklahoma City and Life.Church, where he built dynamic teams and launched impactful discipleship initiatives.

Jayson’s influence extends beyond the church walls. Appointed by the Governor of Oklahoma to the State Advisory Group on Juvenile Delinquency and Prevention, he has used principles of youth ministry to help at-risk teens rewrite their stories. His ability to connect faith with action has led to real transformation in communities.

With a background in microbiology from the University of Oklahoma, Jayson brings a unique analytical approach to ministry strategy. He and his wife, Simi—a Christian speaker, author, and Doctor of Physical Therapy—love traveling, exploring bold flavors, and cheering on the OKC Thunder. Together with their children, Moriah and Gideon, they embrace life with laughter, adventure, and deep faith.
