Doug has spent his life helping churches unlock generosity as a spiritual journey, not just a financial goal. As a pastor in Texas and Georgia, he saw firsthand how stewardship transforms both churches and individuals. Leading Peachtree Corners Baptist Church through two successful capital campaigns ignited his passion for guiding churches to resource their vision through faith-driven giving.

Doug believes generosity is about culture, not campaigns. He partners with churches to design fresh, prayer-centered strategies that align with their unique mission. His experience coaching churches like Willow Creek, Redeemer Presbyterian, and Menlo Park Presbyterian has helped leaders cultivate lasting generosity.

To date, Doug has helped churches raise over $1 billion. He and his wife, Jill, live in Eatonton, Georgia, enjoying life with their four children and three grandchildren. Most Sundays, he’s preaching at the Grove Chapel—or wrestling with the ups and downs of his golf game.
