For the past 23 years, he has partnered with churches to create thriving cultures of generosity—helping over 175 congregations raise more than $1 billion for mission and ministry.

Bill’s passion is simple: empowering churches to connect generosity with discipleship. He understands that stewardship isn’t just about funding ministry—it’s about transforming lives. Through customized generosity strategies, donor development insights, and clear communication plans, Bill helps churches unlock sustainable giving that aligns with their vision.

A gifted communicator and strategist, Bill co-authored The Ministry of Giving, a guide for churches seeking to disciple financial leaders beyond campaign seasons. He lives in McKinney, Texas, with his wife, Denise. They are proud parents of four adult children and grandparents to six incredible grandkids.
